What's the recipe for the perfect face?

It's a combination of Kate Middleton's nose, Keira Knightley's eyes, Angelina Jolie's cheeks and Miley Cyrus' forehead, according to a Harley Street plastic surgeon.

Dr Julian De Silva, a facial cosmetic surgeon from the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery, has put together the "perfect face" by combining requests from 1,000 of his female patients over the past 10 years and here's the result.

The Duchess of Cambridge's nose is the most popular feature that De Silva has been asked to replicate, followed by Keira Knightley's eyelids. Other popular features include Selina Gomez's chin, Cher's jawline and Jennifer Lopez' eyebrows.

De Silva said the Duchess had the most popular nose because it was mathematically almost perfect. According to the surgeon, her nose has a 106-degree nasal tip rotation and recent research shows that noses between 104-108 degrees are the most beautiful.

Sounds ridiculous to us too, Kate.
