Tourist stunned after being seated next to Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian on their breakfast ‘date’

A tourist in LA got more than he bargained for at breakfast when he noticed rumoured celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson sitting next to him.

Paul Barewijk, a music journalist from the Netherlands, was able to make the most out of the encounter and took two selfies - one with Kardashian and another with Davidson.

Clearly feeling starstruck after his chance meeting, Barewijk shared his excitement when he posted the photos to Instagram and wrote: “OMG MAKE ME CRAZY! SITTING NEXT TO KIM KARDASHIAN AND PETE DAVIDSON FOR BREAKFAST!”

According to People, Barewijk was at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles and on the phone with his mother when he first noticed Davidson nearby.

“All of the sudden I looked to my right and saw Pete Davidson,” he told People. “I talked further with my mom and then I thought, ‘Who is he talking with?’ Because I know the latest dating rumors. And so, it was Kim Kardashian!”

Barewijk also revealed what he chatted to the Saturday Night Live comedian about. “I told him that people in The Netherlands like him because of SNL, so.. selfie? He took it!” he said.

Barewijk also noted how “happy” the two seemed and said they were “sat close to each other and walked away together,” before adding: “It looked like a date to me.”

It comes as Kardashian’s estranged husband Kanye West hinted that he wants to reconcile with his wife after posting an old photo on Instagram of them kissing. He also linked to a tweet from TMZ to an article that reads: “Kanye West Says God Will Bring Kim And Him Back Together, Inspire Millions.”

He then tagged TMZ and Kardashian in the post, but the 41-year-old has not responded to West’s story.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star filed for divorce in February of this year after six years of marriage and was first linked to Davidson after hosting SNL for the first time last month.
