The name Senza Gluten says it all: the NYC-based bakery creates delicious treats in a traditional Italian style, but takes out the gluten so those with certain restrictions are still welcome.

Dairy Free Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Mini Cookies 6oz.
Crinkle cookies are a holiday staple that came about in the first half of the 20th century after being invented by Minnesota baker Helen Fredell according to Betty Crocker’s 1957 book Cooky Carnival. They feature a crisp, crackled outer layer coated in powdered sugar while the middle retains a thick, fudgy texture.
Senza Gluten has updated the Christmas classic by removing the gluten and dairy from the recipe so those with intolerances or dietary restrictions can still enjoy. The ingredient list is fairly short and consists of healthier-than-usual options like non-GMO cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, and bittersweet chocolate.
For every $7.95 package you order, you’ll receive six or seven cookies based (whichever adds up to the six ounce weight), and the bakery suggests microwaving them for 10 to 15 seconds until the center warms.

Gluten Free Shortbread Butter Mini Cookies 6oz.
Another certified gluten free holiday favorite available from Senza Gluten is their sweet, buttery shortbread.
Originating from 18th century Scotland and based on the Pagan tradition of yule cakes, shortbread is a sweet, hard biscuit known to melt in your mouth from the first bite onward. Senza Gluten’s promises to do exactly that by using unsalted butter, vanilla, lemon zest, and a handful of other healthier ingredients than the traditional recipe might provide.
