An animal is sweeping the internet, like most days.

This time, it's not because it's obscenely cute, or it's doing things with a piano.

It's because no one can decide whether it is a dog or a cat.

The below tweet has gone, as the kids say, viral, with over 12,000 retweets and 22,000 likes.

It's easy to see why.

We thought we'd try to settle this conundrum for the ages with a simple poll.
