Tommy Robinson got brilliantly trolled by a ‘fan’ of his book

Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, who goes by the sobriquet 'Tommy Robinson' was trolled on Sunday in childish but brilliant fashion.

The former leader of the English Defence League has since joined Pegida (Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the West).

Yaxley-Lennon's book 'Enemy of the State' was published in 2015, and Twitter user @hrtbps decided to make a small change to the title.

The user is a writer for the satirical site Joe.co.uk.

He then 'thanked' Yaxley-Lennon for the book. In return Yaxley-Lennon followed @hrtbps, seeming not to notice the new title given to his book.

It's not the first hoodwinking done by @hrtbps. In April the account also skewered a Ukip MEP Jane Collins.

After asking Collins to back up a claim she'd made about the number of immigrants arriving in the UK, @hrtbps was eventually told to "just f***ing google it" by Collins.

Renewed vigour on the far right

Yaxley-Lennon's former group, the English Defence League is due to hold a rally in Liverpool the Saturday before the general election.

Moreover a group led by 'Tommy Cook' or 'Tommy English' claims to have communicated with Yaxley-Lennon, regarding a planned 'Gays Against Shariah' rally in Manchester.

'Cook' who founded the group 'Gays Against Shariah' is intending to hold the event on the anniversary of the Pulse night club massacre on 10 June.

In short, it's never been a better time to annoy fascists.

In 2013 Yaxley-Lennon announced he was quitting the EDL at a press conference alongside head of Quilliam Foundation Maajid Nawaz.
