This picture went viral on Facebook. What happened next shows the strength of people power

This picture of babygros on sale at New York University's bookstore has gone viral on Facebook.

The image prompted outrage with poster Jason Evans writing "THIS is the problem":

I had a very difficult time not raging out about this in the college store. These are onesies...for infants...guess which one is for girls and which one is for boys.

New York University book store has now withdrawn the 'I hate my thighs' babygro and apologised for the "lapse in judgement". "We have removed it and it will no longer be sold," a spokesperson said in a statement emailed to i100.co.uk.

Both onesies are made by Wrybaby, and the 'I hate my thighs' one is reportedly no longer available on their website.
