A picture has been re-shared on Twitter that appears to capture health secretary Jeremy Hunt standing next to the word 'bellend'.
The final 'en' has been seemingly cut-off by the politician while he was walking in 'Bellenden Road' in south-east London.
Hundreds of people have retweeted the image, while many others have manually shared it themselves.

For the members of public who don't particularly enjoy Hunt, sadly, the photo is fake and was produced by BuzzFeed'sTom Phillips in a tongue-in-cheek round-up of "Things That Will Definitely Happen In The [2015] General Election Campaign".
