Horrible world cat day news: George Osborne's cat Freya was hit by a car last night.

Politics Pictures first broke the news that Freya had been injured in an incident at Downing Street. Number 10 confirmed to ITV that the cat had been hit by a car, but stressed she was not "seriously injured".
