Britain's 'ideal man and woman' have been revealed, using data from all the UK members of a dating website.

Match.com analysed the preferences of all of its UK members to build a profile of the UK’s most ‘dateable’ man and woman.

Kate Taylor, a match.com relationship expert, said:

Women are clearly fed up with the current male obsession of posting torso shots, preferring to instead relax with a more realistically well-fed partner who won't spend every evening in the gym.

Meanwhile men seem to be going against the grain and looking for a wealthy mate.
