There is a pug that is recreating Taylor Swift photos

In what is probably a decent crack at breaking the internet, the team at Mashable invited internet animal celebrity du jour, Doug the Pug, to recreate some of Taylor Swift's most famous Instagram snaps.

Ours not to reason why.

Luckily, the results are part bonkers. part adorable. Doug clearly has an inner pop star that was just waiting for the right moment to come out:
