If you want a sure fire way to be the most unpopular person at work, a new survey has revealed the 10 office-related phrases people find most irritating.

A survey of 2,000 people by recruitment website reed.co.uk found that not only was "Can I borrow you for a sec" the most "overused" phrase, but it was also the most annoying.

Here's the top 10:

3. Think outside the box (11%)

4. Teamwork, dreamwork (11%)

5. Keep me in the loop (9%)

6. Win-win (9%)

7. Pick your brains (8%)
