There's not a single person on the planet who's taken part in standardised testing and doesn't have an exam room horror story.
But we think Ann Mark's tale of woe from her first-ever college exam experience might well be top of the class.
From not having the proper equipment to walking into a window, the 19-year-old University of Texas student has bared her soul and told her story in a heartwarming video that's unsurprisingly gone viral - having now been seen by more than 8 million people and counting.
Setting the tone of the video, she begins: "I just wanted to let you know how my first real college final was... oh my God!"
And the rest, well, it needs to be watched to appreciate the real gravitas.
Â
Oh, Ann Mark. In this video, you are all of us, and all of us are you.
The story isn't without a happy ending, though. She managed to get to her exam, write an essay about Napoleon Dynamite (obviously), and scored a 77 on her final, leaving her with a "solid-average" of 81%.
Â
Oh, and although Ann got a licensing agreement in the wake of the video, she told Fox 7 in Austin that she plans to donate the profits to a homeless shelter in Los Angeles.
Merry Christmas Ann and enjoy the holiday break. You've earned it.
