Images from a new app show exactly how much of one foodstuff equates to 200 calories of energy.
Although that sounds like a fairly generous amount of calories, the pictures from Calorific highlight that some foods are indeed higher in calories than you might think.
The NHS recommends that within a healthy diet men should eat around 2,500kcal a day, while women should eat around 2,000kcal a day.
