This man took a selfie every day for 10 years and the end result is incredible

A lot can change in a decade.

If you cast your mind back to ten years ago, you’d never have heard of coronavirus, Zoom calls and the idea of Trump being president of the USA was still a joke in an episode of The Simpsons.

Now though, everything has changed. And a new viral clip by Radio presenter Niall Gray is reminding how much people can change visually in ten years.

Gray posted the video on Twitter, explaining that he began taking the photos at age 14 and continued until now.

The video follows the presenter from awkward teenage years to adulthood. And it’s struck a chord with his followers, who described the video as “incredible” and “iconic”.

Gray ends the video by saying “to be continued…” so set a reminder for 2031 where we’ll see the next video.
