Mom invites hairy Bigfoot monster as surprise for daughter’s 6th birthday party – but it majorly backfires

Every parent wants to make their child’s birthday as special as possible – and this mom was no exception.

When TikToker @dreambrewer – also known as Brett – realised the cake plans had fallen through for her daughter’s sixth birthday party, she wanted to come up with an idea to ensure it was still an unforgettable occasion.

To this end, she extended a party invitation to Mrs Bigfoot, a hairy mythical creature also known as Cinnamon.

But, unfortunately for Brett, the party, held in Oklahoma, was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons after the children were left utterly petrified by the furry guest

Hilarious footage of the event, shared on TikTok, shows Brett’s six-year-old daughter and her friends visibly horrified at the creature. They were also caught on camera running away while screaming in complete terror.

At the start of the clip, Cinnamon – who arrived wearing a bow and tutu – can be seen peering through the window holding balloons and gifts.

She is then spotted by one boy who instantly runs away screaming. As more children spot Mrs Bigfoot, screams and cries increase as they scramble for cover behind the kitchen island to hide from the creature.

While the children appear traumatised, the parents find the whole thing hilarious and laugh at the children’s reactions.

“We just thought, I mean she came with balloons and a bow and a tutu, so I thought ‘oh this will be cute and fun,’’ Brett told 2News Oklahoma.

“Well my kids did not have that reaction,” she added.

In the caption, Brett wrote: “That one time we hired Bigfoot Schenanigans to surprise our sweet girl for her birthday party and it went epically wrong!”

The encounter has since gone viral with almost 10,000 views as people commented on the kids’ reaction to Bigfoot. You can watch the TikTok video in full here.
