Megan Fox just publicly asked out supermodel Adriana Lima on a date

Alert: Megan Fox has asked Adriana Lima out on a date.

We repeat: Bisexual icon Megan Fox, star of cult classic Jennifer’s Body, slid into supermodel Adriana Lima’s Instagram comments and asked her out on a date. And no, we are not okay.

It all began with Adriana’s exciting — and fairly innocent — idea: She should be Megan’s next body-double, seeing as the stars slightly resemble each other. The supermodel then took to Instagram to share a side by side comparison of the brunettes, highlighting their similarities, to further prove her point. “@meganfox if you ever need a body double in one of your movies, hit me up,” Adriana captioned the comparison. “My only request is…we share the same make up artist,” she continued, tagging her make up artist Patrick Ta.

Upon seeing the post, Megan rejected the initial offer — but only because she wanted something more out of her budding friendship with the model.

“But what if I need a girlfriend...can I hit you up for that as well,” Megan asked in the comments, adding a purple heart. “Patrick can still be involved somehow. He can do our makeup when I take you to Nobu,” she then suggested as compromise.

Adriana, clearly pleased with Megan’s counter-offer, responded, “It’s a date see you tonight at Nobu.”

“Can you imagine waiting on that table,” one Instagram user noted — and no, we really, really cannot.

Some may be curious how this would work out, seeing as Megan has been very publicly tied to — and in love with — her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly. But Megan actually addressed this very predicament on Fox5NY’s Good Day NY earlier this year, when host Rosanno Scato asked Megan how her boyfriend would “handle” her crush on Angelina Jolie.

“I can’t imagine that he would have a problem with it,” she said. “I think he would survive. He could hang in there for that one.”

We’re assuming he could “hang in there” for Adriana Lima then, too.
