Viral TikTok shows man getting stuck after forgetting to leave his car while getting tires changed

One TikToker got himself into a pickle after forgetting to leave his car while mechanics changed his tires at a garage.

Mark Perpose’s blunder (@markperfs) caused him to go viral after he posted a hilarious video of himself in his car as it was suspended up in the air.

Trying to keep a low profile, Mark tried to hide so he wasn’t awkwardly spotted by the mechanics.

In his video, he wrote in text: “Guys. I forgot to get out of my car when I brought it to the auto shop to get my tires changed.

“What do I do?”

Mark also captioned the video: “This is embarrassing.”

Mark’s dilemma has received over 8.1m views, along with 1.2m likes, and thousands of comments from people who couldn’t believe how the TikToker got himself into this situation. You can watch the video in full here.

One person wrote: “What the hell u mean u forgot to get out.”

“‘What do I do,’ I don’t know bro enjoy the view or something,” another person said.

Someone else added: “How can you forget to get out?? Like h o w.”

“Act like you’re asleep in the back,” a fourth person replied.

In a follow-up video, Mark provided more detail as to what happened on that “chaotic” day.

He said: “I was scheduled for a tyre change and the mechanic told me to just pull up to the shop and when I get there, the mechanic was going to get into my car and drive into the work station for me.”

“So when I go to the workshop, I hopped into the passenger seat while the mechanic went into the driver’s seat and drove my car into the bay.”

Mark then explains how he accidentally remained seated in his car.

“At that point, the mechanic did tell me that I was not allowed to be in the car while they were installing my new tires but, because I have such a short attention span, I kind of just spaced out and I kind of forgot what the mechanic told me.

“After about five minutes of spacing out, I did remember that the mechanic told me to get out, so I started gathering my belongings, and one of those actually was this bag that was inside the pocket of the driver’s side door.”

The TikToker showed his followers the black leather bag he was referring to.

Mark continued: “And as I was reaching over to grab it, the car just started rising up from the pits of hell beneath me. And I don’t think the mechanic knew I was in there because I was still bending over, but I kind of just froze.”

“As soon as my car started coming down again, I did start stressing all over again because I didn’t know what to do,” he recalled.

Though Mark was already busted by the mechanics who spotted him in the car.

“I was gonna pretend like I was sleeping but the mechanic already knew I was wide awake, so I just awkwardly stared at the mechanic and gave a little wave,” he said.
