Back in May we teased followers of the Independent's social media accounts with news that the i paper would soon have something new to show everyone.

Most people were excited and confused in equal measure, but one Facebook user was a bit more cynical about the whole thing.

While we think you’ll learn a little about the world while you explore this site, we have nothing against baby chimps either.
