David Cameron wants schools in the United Kingdom to prioritise teaching the system of imperial measurements.

That's right, the prime minister told the BBC's Newsnight that he wants us to go back to a system that measures things in barleycorn, poppyseed and things called cubits which was usurped by the much simpler (and European) metric system about four decades ago...
