A passive aggressive note left on someone's windshield has gone viral for its harshness.
The note was photographed and posted online by Reddit user 'mancub2112'.
It's unclear if the person who uploaded it is the recipient, the 'author', or just an amused passer-by.
Regardless, it's horribly bleak and wonderfully dark.
A few hours after appearing on Reddit it was posted to Imgur by 'whydoineedadongleforheadphones'. This post has been viewed over 67,000 times.
It reads:
To whoever owns this car:
My grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you need to stop immediately'.
Tears wellled up in his eyes when he realised exactly what was at stake. He quit cold-turkey that very day.
Three years later he died of lung cancer. We were very close, and his death destroyed me.
My mother said to me, 'Please never smoke. Don't put your family through what grandfather put us through'. I agreed.
At 18, I have never touched a cigarette.

I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because your parking job was so sh*tty it gave me cancer anyway.
Jesus f*ck, please learn how to park.
The parking offence is as yet unknown, so it's impossible to tell if it merited such a slam dunk. Given the buckets of emotional throttling used here, it was probably overkill.
