Have you ever been so mad that you used 300,000 pennies to pay sales tax?
That's what Nick Stafford from Lebanon, Virginia did at the office for the Department of Motor Vehicles on 11 January.

The coins, weighing 1.600 pounds, were used to provide an "inconvenience" for the DMV Stafford said.
He said he was upset that he could not find the direct number to the DMV until he filed a Freedom of Information Act request.

Stafford later sued the state because he was denied direct phone numbers to other DMV offices near him.
He filed three lawsuits which were dismissed on Tuesday.
