Spine-chilling Ring doorbell footage shows a Las Vegas man threatening to “rape and kill” the woman hiding inside her house.
The disturbing video captured a bearded man persistently knocking on the homeowner’s door and repeatedly asking:
“Are you sure? Are you positive?
“I just have a few questions for you.”
Amanda Nowak hid out of sight from the man, while on the phone to 911 TikTok
After a minute of harassing Amanda Nowak, he finally walks away.
Nowak’s husband then intercepts on the Ring doorbell speaker and asks the man who he was. In a dark turn of events, the strange man makes a terrifying claim that he is looking for the girl so he can “rape and kill her”.
He said: “What I’m looking for is the girl in the house cause I’m going to rape her and kill her. Can you have her open the door?”

In the chilling exchange, he then admits to carrying a knife and a gun:
“I’m going to rape and kill the girl that’s behind this door when she lets me in. I want to rape her and kill her. I have a knife and a gun. Yeah! And I’m just gonna knock on the door again.”
He eventually walks away but can be heard having a conversation with himself.

Social media couldn’t believe the ‘demonic behaviour’ and flocked to comment on the terrifying incident.
One person pointed out a chilling theory, “I think the ‘Are you sure? Are you positive?’ are questions he’s asking himself to prepare for what he wants to do”, they said.
While another said, “Are you kidding me? That was the scariest thing I’ve ever watched, for real. This is a time where I’m grateful for tech like that.”
Nowak, who was alone at the time, refused to open the door and called 911. She had since taken to Facebook following the incident to raise awareness in the community. She wrote:
“So this happened tonight... pretty scary! I was home alone. You’ll hear my husband jump on The Ring after a bit, he wasn’t here... I was hiding where this guy couldn’t see me and I never said a word.. that whole beginning he’s just talking to himself.
“Police were called, the lady from 911 stayed on the line until cop got here. File was reported and I showed him the video. Searching for him.. enough to arrest if they find him. Hubby is home now. Lock your doors friends!!”
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department told Indy100 that police took the man into custody on Thursday after a citizen recognised the suspect from the doorbell footage circulating on the internet.
At this time, the suspect remains unidentified and was checked into Clark County Detention Center as ‘John Doe’ for aggravated stalking, coercion, and obstructing a public officer.
