Couple recreate wedding pictures to celebrate 40 years together and it's lovely

Carolyn and Dexter Johnson found the perfect way to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary - by recreating some of the photos they took on their wedding day.

The resulting images went viral after being shared by their son Jay on Reddit and are all-but guaranteed to make you smile.

In the images Carolyn is still wearing the same dress, while Dexter is wearing the same jacket. "We're still very much in love," Dex told Today. "We've always [taken] one day at a time."
