Bear selfies are apparently the new tiger selfies, still ridiculous

First New York had to ban tiger selfies - now officials in California are warning against selfies with bears.

Visitors heading to Lake Tahoe keep trying to take selfies with black bears - prompting the US Forest Service to point out this is a terrible, terrible idea.

"We've had mobs of people that are actually rushing toward the bears trying to get a 'selfie' photo," spokesperson Lisa Herron told USA Today. "It is presenting a safety issue. We are afraid someone is going to get attacked."
