A mum took some photos of her children and everyone is freaking out

We warned republicans about it last night, and now four, yes four, new photos of Princess Charlotte and Prince George have been released.

The pictures were taken by their mum, the Duchess of Cambridge, last month and one was posted on Kensington Palace's Twitter feed last night before anyone else was allowed to publish it.

It's not like there's nothing else going on in the world right now, but most papers in the UK, having had a week to work on their front pages, decided to splash on the pictures.

It wasn't just the papers losing it, this tweet was posted on Kensington Palace's account shortly after the George/Charlotte photo and thus the cycle began anew.

Finally, while Charlotte didn't break the internet, she did break Microsoft's face-scanning tool.
