A 39-year-old TikToker is a grandfather and no one can believe it

A 39-year-old TikToker revealed that he is a grandfather, and his followers can’t believe it.

This all began at the start of the month when Carl Paoli shared a video where he gave a baby bottle to his wife, who was holding a baby.

At first glance, one was presumed that he is the father of the child but this was not the case

Carl’s caption on the video said: ‘The finest for the finest #grandpalife,’ given Carl’s age, everyone began to wonder how he could possibly be grandpa already.

In a video where Paoli gives his wife a baby bottle, everyone assumed that he was father of the child - when he is in fact the grandfather.

One person replied: “Wait, grandpa?”

Another person wrote: “This blew my mind because I literally thought from no other data other than watching your movement on TikTok) that you were 25!😂”

Due to the speculation around his age, he later revealed was only 39.

Carl provided more detail on how he became a grandparent in a follow-up TikTok, he replied a someone who commented: “So curious of your age. Since you revealed you’re a grandparent. I am sure you look much younger than you are. Clearly, due to your lifestyle😊.”

He said in response:

“The reason I’m a grandpa at the ripe age of 39 is because my wife and I became foster parents to a teenager who later on, when she turned 17, we adopted. And now she is almost 23 and she’s the mother of a beautiful little boy, thus making us grandparents.”

Carl also shared how much he loves and is enjoying role as a grandparent, describing it as “some of the most special moments of our lives.”

Carl’s video included a photo of him with his grandchild.

It would appear that a lot of people were curious about Carl’s age and family situation as the video now has 1.6 million views, nearly 400,000 likes and over 2,000 comments.

One person wrote: “🥺🥺🥺 You fostered a teen and I love that! They get left behind in the system so much!”

“Omg! I love you for adopting an older foster kid🥰 that’s my dream,” another person said.

A third person responded: “Such a beautiful story😭❤️”

Carl was taken aback with the thousands of positive comments on his videos and wrote: “Wow, everyone. What an overwhelming response! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words and support🥰. My cup is full💙.”
