The year 2016 is on its last legs, and with that in mind, Amazon has released its best-selling books for the year.

Comedian David Walliams makes an appearance with his new stories for children, as does veteran novelist JK Rowling.

Here are the top 20 best-selling books of 2016:

The best-selling book of the year claims to 'keep you healthy' with 15-minute meals and workouts.

2.Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, JK Rowling

Coming in second is J K Rowling's foray into theatre with her new play, about Harry Potter as an adult.

3.Lean in 15: 15 Minute Meals With Workouts to Build a Strong, lean body, Joe Wicks

This time Wicks claims to give you a 'strong, lean body'.

4.The Midnight Gang, David Walliams

Walliams swaps comedy for children's books in this story about magic.

5. The Girl on the Train, Paula Hawkins

Recently made into a movie starring Emily Blunt, The Girl On The Train continues to intrigue readers worldwide.
