Viewers of Gladiator-style new Netflix show Physical 100 have been left in shock by just how brutal it is, with a huge bodybuilder kneeling on a woman's chest in the trailer.

The reality TV show shot in South Korea sees 100 male and female competitors with well-developed physical attributes go head-to-head in challenges of strength, agility, and strategy.
