Millions of football fans are expected to tune in tonight as England face Italy in their first major final since 1966.

The match is being held at Wembley Stadium but not many people are lucky enough to have a ticket to watch the action live.

Still, there are others ways you can find an electric atmosphere, including at a big screen venue.

Socialising among fellow football fans – whether that be chanting, dancing or consoling (depending on how the night ends) – takes some beating.

Here are our top picks for the best screens in London to watch the match:

BOXPARK in Croydon, Shoreditch and Wembley

Group D England v CroatiaEngland supporters cheer while watching on a big screen the UEFA EURO 2020 at BOXPARK, CroydonEPA

BOXPARK has been described as the “spiritual home of live football screenings”, largely thanks to the amount of celebratory footage which came out of the venues during the 2018 World Cup. If you’re looking for a great atmosphere, it’s the place to be.

Throughout Euro 2020, BOXPARK has been showing the matches at each of its venues across the capital in Shoreditch, Croydon and Wembley. If the nerves are making you peckish, they also offer street food too.

Tickets are required to guarantee entry for any match and for bigger games it is a requirement.

For the Euro 2020 final tickets, ballot opened on Thursday, but it has now closed. For more information, click here.

Pop Brixton, south London

If you’re looking for a huge screen to witness the action, this south London venue is definitely up your street.

Their big screen measures almost four metres wide – so hopefully you’ll be able to see goals from Kane and Sterling in all their glory.

Pop Brixton opened back in 2015 and has a variety of small, independent businesses serving food. While booking in advance is recommended, the venue has reserved walk-in spots for every match.

Truman’s Social Club, east London

Truman’s Social Club is playing the match on two big screens and, if you’re a beer-lover, then this is the place to go.

The venue describes itself as a “beer hall” and offer more than 20 beers on tap – so you’ll never run out during the match.

Advance booking tickets have sold out but they do offer limited walk-in tables on a first-come-first-served basis.

Flat Iron Square, south-east London

Flat Iron Square is the official home of London’s PaddyPark Fanzone.

They’re offering fans huge outdoor screens “with an electric atmosphere.”

There was a ballot where fans could apply for table packages for today’s final but it has now closed.

The venue also held a charity auction where people could bid on a table for the final.

Money raised will go to ‘Only a Pavement Away’ – a UK based charity supporting homeless, veterans and prison leavers to establish a career in hospitality.

This auction is now closed and the table ended up going for £12,000. For more information, click here.

Located in the heart of London, the square is a famous sport where people come together for festivals, community gatherings and political demonstrations.

Tickets are free and will required for entry, but the ballot to get your hands on them has now closed.

The Clapham Grand, south London

With over six plasma screens inside, plus two on the balcony, and a 24ft HD cinema screen, you won’t miss a minute of play.

As well as the football, there’s other fun activities such as DJs and a themed photo booth to set the atmosphere.

Due to its popularity, the event is now sold out.

Costa Del Tottenham, north London

Costa Del Tottenham has turned their venue into a 5,000 sq ft ‘Euro Warehouse’ – making it one of the largest spaces to watch the Euros in London and the perfect place to watch all the action in today’s historic final.

According to co-founder Stuart Glen, the venue “has all the hallmarks of a 1989 warehouse party” so if you appreciate all things retro then it’s definitely up your street.

They’ve shown every Euro 2020 match and will show the final on their two 13ft x 8ft LED screens.

Although tickets are currently sold out, you can join their waiting list here.

Vinegar Yard, south-east London

Vinegar Yard is also a popular space for footy fans, with a huge outdoor space for crowds.

They are also in collaboration with sportswear brand Adidas who have provided one of the biggest garden screens in the city (6m x 3m).

It’s perfect for commuters since it’s just a stone’s throw away from London Bridge Station.

Unfortunately, tickets have now sold out for the final.

Hope & Anchor, south London

With heated garden huts, you won’t have to worry about any bad weather, if you go here.

The Hope & Anchor in Brixton boasts 24 TV screens and 1 projector across the pub.

The garden huts have been snapped up for the final but you may have better luck at their sister pubs Trinity Arms (also in Brixton) or White Bear (Kennington).

Lola’s Underground Casino, central London

Then why not watch the Euro 2020 final from the iconic underground cabaret bar Lola’s, at London’s landmark casino, The Hippodrome.
