If you're hoping for Trump-free Christmas, you might want to avoid watching Home Alone 2: Lost In New York.

The president famously has a short cameo in the iconic Christmas movie.

But, according to the director, Trump bullied his way into the role.

In an interview with Insider, the film's director has revealed how Trump put pressure on the filmmakers to include him.

The director, Chris Columbus, explained how he wanted to shoot a scene with Macauley Culkin in The Plaza Hotel.

At the time, it was owned by Trump.

Trump said that the only way they were allowed to use the hotel was if he was included in the movie.

This was despite the filmmakers having paid to use the video.

Columbus said: "We agreed to put him in the movie, and when we screen it for the first time the oddest thing happened: people cheered when Trump showed up on screen."

As a consequence, they decided to keep the scene in the final cut.

Columbus continued:

He did bully his way into the movie,

Trump has made cameos in numerous other movies.

You might have seen him in Zoolander, Little Rascals and The Associate.

All films to now avoid if you want to avoid a temporary spike in your blood pressure.
