The twins who played Ben in Friends have grown up and people are really freaking out

Given the way people on the internet react to things you'd be forgiven for thinking that time doesn't change things and people don't age.

Take for, for example, the once-popular television show Friends. Now, it was on telly quite a long time ago. In fact, the final episode aired in 2004.

That's 12 whole years ago.

Remarkably, twin brothers Dylan and Cole Sprouse, who played Ross' son Ben in the show have changed slightly because of the passing of time etc etc.

But, as per usual, people on the internet can't cope.

Stop the planet, we want to get off.
