Eagle-eyed viewers of The Crown are convinced they saw Kate Middleton in a scene.
During episode six of the fourth season, where Princess Diana and Prince Charles are on a tour of Australia, there are multiple scenes of adoring crowds.
In one shot, a woman wearing a yellow cardigan looked familiar.
The excited woman is smiling ear-to-ear as Emma Corrin's Princess Diana greets fans.
Some viewers were convinced she was Kate Middleton.

Unfortunately, the Duchess of Cambridge did not make a cameo in the hit Netflix show.
It's just an extra who looks very much like her.
But she wouldn't be the only doppelgänger in the series.
Emma Corrin has been praised for her scarily accurate portrayal of the late princess.
