The countries that pay the most for Britain's exported TV programmes

Despite arguably being home to some of the best television shows in the world, the United States still paid £523m last year to import programming from Britain.

As this chart from Statista shows, the US comes out on top, ahead of other English-speaking countries Australia, New Zealand and Canada. France is the highest-paying foreign language nation, shortly followed by Italy.
