Taylor Swift dancing to her own song at a party has become a brilliant 'drunk Taylor' meme

Videos of Taylor Swift dancing to her own song have gone viral, and they're brilliant.

The singer-songwriter threw a star-studded party to celebrate her MTV VMA nominations, and videos of drunk Taylor dancing to her new hit song "You Need To Calm Down" at the party quickly became a meme.

The bash, which was held at the Beauty and Essex restaurant in Los Angeles, was attended by a number of stars, who all appear in the music video, including Orange is the New Black's Laverne Cox, musician Hayley Kiyoko, and Ru Paul's Drag Race season 11 contestant A'keria Davenport, who filmed the footage and shared it to Instagram.

In the video, Swift can be seen taking a shot from an imaginary glass while wearing a sparkly mini dress while singing her lyric: "But you're takin' shots at me like it's Patrón."

It goes without saying that the video soon became a hilarious meme.
