Marvel star Sebastian Stan exposes backside to promote his new movie and almost broke the internet

Remember that scene in Avengers: Endgame where Chris Evans admired his own backside and said “that is America’s ass”? Well, he might now have a contender to that crown in his own MCU colleague: Sebastian Stan.

Stan, who is best known to many as Bucky in the Marvel movies and currently starring in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, is promoting a new romantic comedy called Monday, which is set to be released on April 16th (which is actually a Friday...).

The indie film centres on two American’s who meet each other while on vacation in Greece and decide to spend the weekend together to see if their passion and interest in each other can last beyond the looming dread of a Monday morning, hence the film’s name.

Just to give you an indication that this definitely isn’t a Marvel movie, Stan went above and beyond to promote the movie on his Instagram page. Stan posted a picture of him with his back to the camera completely naked except for a hoodie, a pair of socks and trainers.

He added the caption: “MONDAY, the movie. Out this Friday, April 16. When I say we gave it our “all”, we literally did.”

The 38-year-old’s post has already been liked more than one million times on Instagram and judging by the reaction online, some Marvel fans couldn’t contain their excitement.

You gotta give props to him – he definitely knows how to promote his movies.
