At the end of this year's Academy Awards, Faye Dunaway announced that La La Land, the hot favourite, had won Best Picture.

Only seconds later, her co-presenter revealed that the envelop actually said that Moonlight has won.

Confusion reigned, and no one knew what was real anymore.

Does this change the past?

Was there a secret guest director?

Was it a Choose Your Own Adventure book?

Was it a conspiracy?

Did Beatty do it on purpose?

Some people were happy with the outcome.
