Campaigners are using Beyonce to troll Benjamin Netanyahu

American NGO J-Street want a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict - and they are not afraid to invoke Beyonce to get it.

Their new campaign, running in the United States and online, features Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu flanked by two women in leotards, a la Beyonce’s Single Ladies video. It reads: “If you like it then you should put a border on it.” They are also encouraging activists to tweet at Netanyahu, who on Twitter as @IsraeliPM.

Spokeperson Jessica Rosenblum told the Washington Post: “We wanted to cut through the crap and get back to basics with an image that was simple, striking, and — humbly submitted — even a bit funny.”
