Brian Williams reported on his actress daughter's new role like any proud dad

NBC News anchor Brian Williams reported on his actress daughter Allison Williams's new role as Peter Pan like any proud dad would - by using embarrassing childhood pictures.

Veteran anchor Williams played things straight at first, simply saying: "The actress and singer is currently in the cast of Girls on HBO."

Then an image of his daughter dressed as Peter Pan flashed on screen, and Williams, with barely a flicker of a smile, added: "Family members confirmed she has been rehearsing for this role since the age of three, and they look forward to seeing her fly."
