This video on online hate speech is incredibly thought-provoking

A video about the pain of experiencing racism and other abuse online is being widely shared again.

From the Lithuanian Centre for Human Rights (LŽTS), the video depicts a man, who has recently moved to the country, asking people to translate a message filled with racial stereotyping and abuse that was supposedly sent to him.

Their personal reactions show their shock at the content, when faced with having to relay it to the intended recipient.
