Bill Gates is not exactly known for being wary of technology - he did, after all, recently drink water made from human faeces.
But Gates, alongside Stephen Hawking and other prominent figures in the world of science and technology, recently signed an open letter warning of the "pitfalls" of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Although they say the benefits are potentially "huge" they also warn of "potential" problems and push for oversight of AI research to help mitigate them.
Billionaire inventor Elon Musk, one of the letter's signatories, said in a lecture last October that AI represented humanity's biggest "existential threat". As with Gates, Musk is no technophobe: he is currently trying to colonise Mars.
In light of the debate over AI, we asked Statista to pull together the jobs most under threat due to technological advancement, using data from Deloitte.
