It’s hard to keep up with social media challenges these days, but just so you know, the latest one isn’t particularly safe for work.
It’s called the one finger selfie challenge.

But Teen Vogue has warned to always think carefully before posting a photo of this nature online. It also slams the trend for encouraging body-shaming:
The one finger selfie challenge has implications about how your body should look. If your breasts don't fit under one finger or your belly gets in the way, that's totally fine. Basically, you should never let a social media challenge influence what you think about your body. No weird trick or ability means you have a good or bad body.
