Kim Kardashian may have just invented a new Twitter feature

Kim Kardashian: reality TV star, social media personality, internet-breaking model, entrepreneur, and now, tech innovator.

Last night she spoke out for all of the people who have wanted to edit their tweets after posting them to correct small mistakes, as Facebook currently allows.

Lots of people agreed and many sent Kardashian's tweet in the direction of Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey (@jack)... and he agreed!

How quickly this feature arrives if ever depends on how Twitter gets around issues that the ability to edit tweets could create - such as the entire meaning being distorted and people having retweeted statements that are later greatly modified.

But if Twitter ever does let users edit tweets, you know who you have to thank.
