Ed Balls beguiles Twitter once more by holding a pigeon

We don't really know what's going on here either.

Some questions:

1. Why is Ed Balls holding a pigeon?
2. What does the pigeon have to do with a children's centre?
3. Did the pigeon not get the memo from Ed Miliband about no more photo opportunities?
4. Has Ed Balls gone completely and utterly rogue?

The evidence for the latter is that he made a literal balls birthday cake this weekend.
