Apple appears to have accidentally revealed its new iPad mini 3 and iPad Air 2 ahead of tonight's launch in [yet another PR gaffe.]1
An official user guide for iOS 8 in the iTunes store reportedly had its screenshots updated before the products had been officially unveiled - a slip-up first spotted by the eagle-eyed journalists at 9to5Mac.
In the image above, you can see the updated specs of the new products - the main change appears to be that both products will have touch ID sensors, the fingerprint scanning technology already available on the iPhone 5s and iPhone 6.
It is expected Apple will launch the iPad Air 2, Retina iMac, OS X Yosemite and possibly a new Mac Mini tonight.
