It will not have escaped your attention this week that Nigel Farage caused a furore - the political equivalent of a fracas - by claiming in the leaders' debate that immigrants with HIV should be banned from being treated on the NHS.
The remarks, which he first made last year, drew the only gasp from the audience of the night, with everyone from Gary Lineker to George Osborne unhappy with what the Ukip leader was putting across.
But revisiting the HIV issue is a calculated move by Farage, as polls have suggested that a near-majority of people agree with him.
A YouGov/Sunday Times poll of 1,906 people revealed:
