A Japanese airport is the best in the world at taking care of passengers' luggage, according to a new survey of passengers.
Kansai International Airport - where no bags are reported to have gone missing since its opening in 1994 - topped the "baggage delivery" category compiled by Skytrax, the airline and airport consultancy.
