The 10 best jobs in the UK

Glassdoor, a website where employees and former employers can review companies, released a list of the best jobs in the UK this year.

They are ranked according to the Glassdoor Job Score, which uses three assessment criteria: job openings, salary, and overall job satisfaction.

Here they are, with the mean yearly salary in brackets:

1. Marketing Manager (£42,000)

2. Operations Manager (£42,000)

3. Audit Manager (£55,000)

4. Finance Manager (£60,900)

5. Product Manager (£52,000)

6. Human Resources Manager (£45,750)

7. Contract manager (£40,000)

8. Commercial Manager (£52,400)

9. Business Analyst (£39,000)

10. Project Manager (£44,000)

Almost all the jobs are managerial positions, with marketing manager scoring the highest, followed by operations manager.

There were of course other professional included areas further down, with software engineer coming in at 12^th and data scientist coming in at 17^th.
