The National Crime Agency (NCA) and Crimestoppers have released a list of the 10 most wanted fugitives believed to be on the run in Spain.
Part of an initiative called Operation Captura, the list has been released with a warning from the NCA's head of international operations that Spain is no longer a "safe haven".
The appeal is the ninth of its kind since Captura was launched by the NCA and Crimestoppers in 2006. So far, 65 out of 76 named suspects have been caught.
Here are the 10 most wanted who are still on the run:
1. Mohammed Jahangir Alam, 32
Wanted by Gloucestershire Police for rape and sexual assault by penetration. Alam, who is from Bangladesh, arrived in the UK on a temporary visa in October 2007. He lived in Bradford before moving to Cheltenham in 2008. During this time he physically and sexually abused one victim. Alam was convicted in March 2010 and sentenced to 14 years in his absence. He is 5ft, 8ins tall. His last known address was in the E3 area of London.
2. Paul Buchanan, 29
Wanted by West Mercia Police on suspicion of attempted rape. Buchanan, originally from New York, is believed to have followed a woman near his flat in Redditch, Worcs, pulled her down a driveway, pushed her over a car, and attempted to rape her. The victim screamed which alerted the residents of a nearby house who came to her aid. Buchanan fled the scene. He is described as 5ft, 10ins tall.
3. Carlo Dawson, 52
Wanted by the Metropolitan Police on suspicion of indecent assault and making indecent photographs of a child. Between 11 October 1996 and 10 October 1997 Dawson, from Croydon, is believed to have indecently assaulted a 12-year-old girl. When Dawson’s computer was seized in 2013 officers found indecent photographs of children of a varying degree of severity. He is 5ft, 10ins with a two-inch scar on his right palm.
4. Paul Monk, 54
Wanted by the Metropolitan Police on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cocaine and conspiracy to supply cannabis. Monk, from Romford, Essex, was allegedly involved in the handover of one kilo of cocaine in Cockfosters, London on 7th May 2013. He is also linked to a seizure of 23 kilos of herbal cannabis and one kilo of cannabis resin on 22 October 2013 in Colchester. He is 5ft, 10ins tall.
5. Anthony Dennis, 47
Wanted by the NCA on suspicion of conspiracy to commit drug trafficking offences outside the UK and conspiracy to import class A drugs. He is believed to be the lead member of an organised crime group involved in high-level international drug trafficking. Between 1 July 2012 and 30 October 2013, Dennis allegedly conspired with others to import three tonnes of cocaine from South America into The Netherlands using logistical contacts in South America and Europe. Between the same dates, Dennis allegedly assisted in or induced the importation of 67.5kg of cocaine into Belgium and Germany. Dennis is 5ft, 3ins tall. He has a small scar on the right side of his forehead. Dennis is originally from Hackney, London, but his last known address was in Ongar, Essex.
6. David McDermott, 41
Wanted by the NCA on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cocaine and conspiracy to blackmail. McDermott is originally from Ormskirk but his last known address was in Liverpool. He is believed to be a member of a Liverpool-based organised crime group involved in a conspiracy to supply cocaine. Approximately 400 kilos of cocaine was found hidden in a container of frozen Argentinian beef in May 2013 at Tilbury Docks. Not knowing the cocaine had been seized, he was observed by NCA officers meeting with other members of the crime group. They allegedly discussed the use of violence against anyone who had information. He is described as 5ft, 11ins tall and has a two-inch scar on his wrist.
7. Scott Hughes, 34
Wanted by Merseyside Police on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and conspiracy to launder money. Hughes, from Halewood, Merseyside, is allegedly a principal member of a Liverpool-based organised crime group involved in the large-scale supply of controlled drugs throughout Merseyside. Following the execution of a warrant at his home address in May 2011, officers recovered £212,705, a cash counting machine and watches valued at £8,000. He is 5ft, 11ins tall.
8. Michael Roden, 25
Wanted by West Midlands police on suspicion of conspiracy to import cannabis. Roden, who has the nickname ‘Dodge’, is allegedly a member of an organised crime group. He is wanted in connection with the importation of 70 kilos of cannabis into the UK from Spain between April 2013 and September 2013. Roden was previously convicted in October 2010 of large-scale production of cannabis and jailed for three years. Following his early release in 2011, Roden failed to meet the conditions set by the Probation Service and is wanted for recall to prison. Roden, originally from Redditch, Worcestershire, is 6ft, 1in tall.
9. Shane Walford, 38
Wanted by West Midlands Police for manslaughter. Walford, a former soldier and boxer from Coventry, was sentenced at Stafford Crown Court on 15 July 2010 to 54 months imprisonment for manslaughter. The man he killed at a bar in Coventry was a firefighter and a father-of-two. On 27 January 2012 he was released on licence but failed to attend appointments with a supervising officer. On the 9 August 2013 the licence was revoked and a recall to prison was issued. He is described as 5ft 11ins tall and has numerous tattoos including a black panther on his left arm as well as a boxing gloves tattoo on his abdomen.
10. Jayson McDonald, 37
Wanted by the Metropolitan Police on suspicion of conspiracies to import and supply heroin and cocaine. McDonald is originally from Bristol but his last known address was in the Acton area of London. He is believed to be a member of a Europe-wide organised crime network responsible for the importation of Class A drugs into the UK. He is 5ft, 11ins tall.
