A straw poll about Scottish independence conducted via location-based dating app Grindr by Tom Court went viral yesterday. And it turns out it was pretty accurate.
Here, out of 337 men that responded out of an overall 655, are the results. Overall
Court notes with only decisive opinions Grindr voted no to independence with a 54 per cent - 46 per cent split. That is astonishingly accurate compared to the actual result of 55 per cent no and 45 per cent yes. Which prompts the question: is Grindr the future of polling?
