More than 1,000 Palestinians have now been killed in the 19 days since the Gaza conflict began.
Dozens of bodies were found during a 12-hour humanitarian "pause" in fighting today, bringing up the death toll. Palestinian medical officials say around 5,870 have been wounded in Gaza.
Forty Israeli soldiers and two civilians have also been killed since the conflict began. The updated death toll came as thousands of people gathered in London to protest Israeli's bombardment in Gaza, and as foreign ministers held talks on extending the humanitarian truce.
